Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate the refund process within 14 days of receiving your order.
The following items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Headphones with signs of use
- Custom keycap sets that have been opened
- Smartwatches with activated warranties
- Opened speaker packages
Refund Process
- Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely with all original accessories and documentation
- Ship the item back to our warehouse (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
For payments made with gift cards or store credit, refunds will be issued as store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons:
- Used ear tips for headphones
- Personalized keycaps with custom engravings
- Opened smartwatch screen protectors
- Downloadable software or digital products
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [email protected].
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
